Stash Geleszinski is the Managing Director of Capstone’s Cincinnati office. He has successfully navigated transactions ranging from private capital, to structured professional equity and into large institutional quality assets and clients. With a focus on multi-family he’s helped facilitate the transfer of a range of property types from conventional suburban garden-style communities to Class-A urban infill projects as well as high-rises throughout the Midwest and Northeast. Additionally, he and his team have transacted student properties and has development sites for affordable & market rate housing opportunities.

Biography of Stash Geleszinski:

Stash acts as the Managing Director of Capstone’s Cincinnati office. He has successfully navigated transactions ranging from private capital, to structured professional equity and into large institutional quality assets and clients. With a focus on multi-family in the region he’s helped facilitate the transfer of a range of property types from conventional suburban garden-style communities to Class-A urban infill projects as well as high-rises throughout the Midwest and Northeast. Additionally, he and his team have transacted student properties, affordable assets, as well as development sites for affordable & market rate housing opportunities.

Stash started his career right as the “Great Recession” was getting underway. As a result of starting a career in those challenging times, the value of hard work and building long standing relationships was and is paramount in his mind and priorities.

Stash earned his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2016 after setting it as a goal for himself upon entering the business in early 2008. Prior to that he attended St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY, where he earned a bachelor’s in psychology in 2006. He is actively involved in his community through various charities he works with, as well as within his church, and coaching youth lacrosse.
