Biography of Bill Ham:
Bill is the author of Creative Cash, The Complete Guide to Master Lease Options and Seller Financing for Investing Real Estate. The book provides an in-depth approach to using creative financing techniques and shares stories how Bill closed on this first 400 units without working with a bank or qualifying for a loan. Outside of being a published author, Bill is also the chief Operating Officer at Broadwell Property Group, the owner/operator of Phoenix Residential Group and Phoenix Residential Management and a Deal Expert Coach for Jake & Gino.
In his over 15 years of experience working with these great companies he has created a portfolio of over 1000 units while growing Phoenix management to a team of 15 staff members. He has taught real estate for the past 6 years and has dozens of highly successful students. Bill uses his extensive real estate experience to teach his students the “real” side of real estate.
