Biography of Michael Albaum:
Michael started his real estate investing journey over a decade ago with turnkey single family homes. Then, realizing the power of investing, has spent the last 10+ years owning and operating remotely, SFR, condos, small multifamily, commercial multifamily, value add projects, NN and NNN leased properties with national chain tenants, short term rentals, mid term rentals and international investments, all while working a full time job. He has created a curriculum to teach others how to do the same and has worked with thousands of investors all over the world.
