For more than 15 years Tim Vest has been investing in real estate. Tim has done it all. From partnering with developers to develop raw land to purchasing and investing in single-family rentals, fix and flips, multifamily, and hotels. He is currently an owner and partner in multiple apartment communities. Outside of his passion for Real Estate, Tim also enjoyed a 20+ year career in technology and founded multiple startups.

Tim has managed, purchased, and/or sold more than 900 residential units valued in excess of $100 million dollars. Additionally, he has partnered in land development, hotel deals, ground up construction, fix and flips and single family rentals. Currently, he owns and manages more than 800 residential units across North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Alabama and Virginia.
