Prior to joining Aptitude Development Zach launched ENJOI 77 HOLDINGS a real estate investment company specializing in student housing and multifamily investments with over 22 assets in the portfolio and holdings in the tech sector and solar development fields.
Outside of work, Zach is focused on The Wildcat Fund, a non-profit organization he co-founded that provides mentorship and college financial aid to students of color from his high school alma mater.

Aptitude currently owns 1500 beds with another quarter billion dollars of student housing under construction or set to break ground. Prior to joining Aptitude Development Zach launched ENJOI 77 HOLDINGS shortly after graduating college and is still active today. ENJOI 77 HOLDINGS is a real estate investment company specializing in student housing and multifamily investments in the Northeast with over 22 assets in the portfolio.
