His projects include everything from duplexes in the suburbs of Pittsburg, PA, to a 1 Million Sqft Skyscraper in the heart of NYC’s financial district. Before Co-Founding Terra, Tom spent over a decade working for some of the largest and most successful Real Estate Brokers, Investors, and Development Companies in the country, where he was responsible for over $1.5b+ of Real Estate Assets, acquiring the experience and knowledge necessary to lead Terra’s first-class development teams. As Co-Founder of Terra Capital, Tom has played a vital role in creating Terra’s innovative real estate investment strategies. Terra, through strict protocols, analysis, and prop-tech, systematically rolls up Mini-Multi properties into large, fully renovated, optimized cash-flowing portfolios. Tom continually aims to differentiate Terra by focusing on repeatable systems, strong guiding principles, collaboration and outstanding mentorship. Tom holds a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from Columbia University. He is a proud husband and new father that is passionate about traveling and, particularly, skiing with his family in Utah. Tom is also an avid Jiu Jitsu practitioner and enjoys both training and teaching the sport.
