They have blazed a trail in real estate in Cambodia by bringing the skills and perspectives they developed growing up as immigrants in the United States and working in the hospitality, real estate and banking sectors. Their flagship luxury condo development project, Silvertown Metropolitan, was the first of its kind and is about to be another first: the first property to be tokenized in Cambodia. Their other developments include Woodland, an 84-townhouse community in an up and coming neighborhood in Cambodia’s capital, and a 963-unit luxury high rise condo complex being constructed in partnership with Agile, one of China’s top 10 property development companies. They are passionate about using real estate to help restore and rebuild their home nation of Cambodia. They believe that tokenization can help improve people’s lives in rapidly developing nations like Cambodia through a lower cost of funds, enabling the real estate sector to meet the demands in both the luxury and affordable housing markets, while also allowing impressive returns for investors with an unprecedented level of transparency.
