Mark realized in his twenties that he doesn’t want to be working with regular jobs and wanted to find other ways of income that allow him to grow financially and that also allows him to have his own free time. Later on, he co-founded SKM Capital Management with his father. Mr. Khuri has analyzed hundreds of investment opportunities and has successfully bought, renovated, sold, and invested in over 100 properties with a combined value of over $1 billion and created and managed over 40 real estate partnerships with investors.
