Biography of Pauldine France:

As Vice President of Strategic Investments, Pauldine France spearheaded the FIP branding and sales strategy initiative aimed at streamlining the process of retail /hospitality brands planning on entering the US market via Miami.  As a licensed agent, she focuses on property repositioning, tenant outreach, site selection and pre-development planning with specialty in retail, hotel, industrial and land leasing/sales.

Through her participation in almost every role within commercial property projects over 15 years from, development associate, independent agent, financial and risk analyst to construction estimator, business development, project manager, to leasing, Ms. France has developed proven well-round capacity to manage property initiatives from acquisitions and dispositions to sales/leasing.

In addition to being an avid traveler, she has resided in Miami, New York, Italy, Ivory Coast and Haiti. Her international experience has refined her eye for proven retail/hospitality concepts and brands ready for expansion into new markets. Ms. France has a proven ability to source new opportunities and build relationships in and out of the corporate real estate world while coordinating with multiple departments to maximize efficiency and success of her tasks per company objectives. Pauldine has developed a proven well-round capacity to manage property initiatives from acquisitions to sales/leasing.

Today, all of her acquired experience and skills have come together in her new venture, NeoHabitus, a vertically integrated consultancy for companies and investors entering/expanding into the Miami market. The company provides a local perspective and acts as the onsite “eyes and ears” for businesses as they aim to compete with existing business from site selection to sourcing talent and grand opening.
