Biography Patrick Soukup:
He is a very successful real estate investor and broker/owner here in Fort Collins, Colorado. After having a career ending injury in 2008 at Colorado State University, he started investing in real estate in 2009. He and two partners bought a foreclosure and he got bit by the real estate bug. He joined his Uncle’s investment company in 2010 as a leasing agent and did a self-study real estate agent course while at CSU.

Over the last 12 years he has bought 18 rental units, started his brokerage Soukup Real Estate in 2016 and now has a team of 5 (including him and myself). As a team we are planning to close around $700,000 in Gross Commission Income last year and Patrick bought his 18th rental property/unit last year.

His wife is a 2X Olympian and 2012 Bronze medalist in the Long Jump. Together, they have 3 kids (4,3 and 6months). Patrick is very relatable, down to earth and empathetic who I believe would be a great guest for you and your listeners to hear.

He presents well and has his own YouTube Channel with 1,400+ subscribers. Patrick was a Certified Property Manager and oversaw 150,000 square feet of Commercial Space in Old Town Square in Fort Collins, CO. He managed 200 apartment units for 2 years and owns 18 rental units himself and is growing. He is 34 years old and owns and operates a real estate brokerage with 3 full time agents, a full time assistant and a transaction coordinator. Last year they had a GCI of $750,000. Patrick is forward thinking, leveraging technology and looking to invest in other markets throughout the United States.
