Liquid Lending Solutions LLC – 2020 – Current
Co-founder and partner of a hard money and transactional funding business. Based in Omaha, we originate short-term loans in IA, NE, MO and KS for real estate investors.
Cordes Partners LLC – 2020 – Current
Partnership of a 24 unit town home apartment complex in Papillion, NE. Property was purchased for $1.7M, renovated and repositioned in 2021 with an appraised value of $2.8M.
Red Ladder Rentals, LLC – 2019 – Current
Co-owner of a growing rental property portfolio currently holding 9 units in Omaha and Council Bluffs.
