After school, he spent 10 years in the manufacturing sector. The last 5 years  of that tenure, he owned his own manufacturing company. Since selling his manufacturing company, he has been helping investors buy and sell industrial investment properties.

Armed with an industrial engineering degree from West Virginia University, Logan spent his first 10 years of his career in the manufacturing sector. The last 5 of those years were spent as the President and Owner of a hand tool manufacturing company that he co-owned with 2 partners.

After selling that business in 2020, Logan shifted his full time focus to the industrial real estate brokerage world.

He is an industrial and investment sales specialist with Costello Commercial Real Estate in Charlotte, NC where he focuses on locating investment opportunities for investment firms.
