Julian Vogel began his career in a boutique sales brokerage, called Eastchester Equities, located in Eastchester, NY. During his time there, he was mentored by the head broker in capital structuring and acquisitions. The brokerage was focused on the tri-borough markets. From there Julian went to Deerwood Capital, which was rated in the top 15 commercial mortgage brokerages in the United States for three years in a row. While at Deerwood, Julian worked on over $250 million dollars of real estate transactions and originated debt and equity for almost every commercial asset type and deal scenario. After spending nearly 3 years at Deerwood, Julian started his own commercial mortgage and equity brokerage called Return Capital, LLC. While running Return Capital, Julian worked on $300 million dollars’ worth of commercial real estate deals and structured and originated both debt and equity for his clients over a 3-year period. Julian joined Colony Hills in 2019 and has since been instrumental in successfully sourcing and structuring approximately $624 million of debt and equity for both acquisitions and for the first and second Catalyst Real Estate Funds.
