Biography of Huber Bongolan:

Real Estate is my career and teaching it is my passion. With 11 years of experience in both commercial and residential real estate finance, I have sourced $1+ billion in debt and equity financing for land, construction, bridge, and permanent deals in all product types. I earned a double-bachelors, Business Economics and International Studies, from the University of California in Irvine where I graduated Cum Laude. I then earned a double masters, MBA and MRED, from the University of Southern California where I graduated with Program Distinctions. I am an Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America, and I hold leadership positions in both ULI (Urban Land Institute) and FIIRE (Filipinos in Institutional Real Estate). I enjoy competitive sports, mentoring youth, and teaching personal finance. I also enjoy writing and speaking publicly about real estate trending topics and education.
