Biography of Cindy Maxson:
Cindy Maxson started as a real estate investor 10 years ago by purchasing five foreclosure homes and rehabbing them as rentals. Since then, she has completed over a dozen flips and two new construction projects with her investor partners.
In 2016 Cindy purchased a run-down boarding house in Nashville and fully gutted it, turning it into her personal home while building out the second story as Chateau on Monroe, a short-term vacation rental. She and her husband have worked as owner- operators ever since, hosting over a hundred groups while earning a 5-star Superhost rating.
Cindy added a new vacation rental investment property in 2020 when she purchased a tiny home in a mountain development in Monteagle, TN. Her latest personal project is the completion of a new construction vacation rental lake home in Winchester, TN. Both properties are thriving, managed by in-house vacation rental programs.
Cindy lives in Nashville, TN along with her songwriter husband Max. Proud mother of seven children and Nana to three adorable grandsons, Cindy loves to bake homemade bread and gather with family and friends.
Building a solid business in real estate as an investor/agent is Cindy’s passion. Building a business legacy for her children and helping others is where she finds her greatest blessing and joy.
