Biography of Brennen Degner:
Brennen is a Co-Founder and CEO of DB Capital. He leads the strategic direction, vision, and growth of DB Capital. His focus is on directing a team of investment professionals that emphasize maximizing asset value through a hands-on approach to asset, property, and construction management. Prior to his role with DB Capital, Brennen was COO and Director of Asset Management for MJW Investments, Inc. where he oversaw the operation and management of an approximately $1 Billion diversified real estate portfolio. He has broad experience in the acquisition and repositioning of underperforming projects in multifamily and student housing investments. Brennen is a graduate of the prestigious Dollinger Master of Real Estate Development program at the University of Southern California, holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Arizona, and has received a certificate in Real Estate Investments from the University of California, Los Angeles.
