REIA 100 How can you go from 0 to 20 rental units in less than one year with busy W2 job

Abhishek Pareek immigrated to the USA 14 years age. In January 2020, while working his W2 job he started his real estate journey. He started with one single family home and now he owns 20 units. He is branching out into apartment syndication and is offering others the opportunity to earn passive income by investing with his company Augmenting Wealth.

Main Points:

  • Currently work on W2 from 8.30 am to 5 pm and working on real estate after 5 pm every day to network with investors, partners, and mastermind with people.
  • My model is to identify growth areas in close proximity to where you live. Build a team there. Get off-market deals, visit market every month and drive for dollars. I am buying properties from motivated sellers, rehabbing using a team of contractors and refinancing to get my money back and buy another deal. My cashflow is increasing and I want to keep doing this as I develop more systems to find better deals and markets.
  • Having clear goals, visions and mindset has contributed to my success. I follow miracle mornings and working for my personal growth and development to be more physically, mentally and emotionally healthy. Real Estate is a tool to help me get to my vision and goals. I have mentors in several aspects of my life like for meditation and physical health as well as real estate.
  • As I am growing, my company is planning to acquire bigger multifamily properties and help several people stuck in rat race to create passive income and finally financial independence for them.
  • Real estate is far superior to stocks or 401k. Consistent cash flow, tax benefits, equity build up, bank leverage. With Big Multifamily properties we can achieve more scalability, more cash flow and can bring joy to more people in terms of passive income. My aim and job is to educate more people mostly in tech industry to get out of wall street and get to Main street.

I started my journey buying single family homes and transitioned to buying small multifamily. Currently own 20 units and have a team of PM, realtor, lender who help me in the process.
Currently work on W2 from 8.30 am to 5 pm and working on real estate after 5 pm everyday to network with investors, partners and mastermind people.
