Ken Hynes served in the US Army for 22 years , and during my career started in real estate investing by buying a single family home at each place I was stationed at, then turning them into SFR when I departed. Upon retirement I ended up with five rentals )in five different states and PMs) ) , and began researching how to scale into Multi family while consolidating into 1-2 target markets. I started my MF journey as Limited Partner (LP) in bigger syndications.

My strengths are in the researching and analyzing markets and properties to determine if they meet a specified criteria and looking at how different business plans and strategies affect the property and potential returns and long term value of the asset.
