Frank Cupersmith started his real estate career in 2002 after a mentor advised him that if he wanted to build “real wealth”,  he needed to learn about passive income. He went on to purchase over 25 units in the next three years launching his real estate career.

In 2018, Frank and a business partner started what is now one of the fastest growing property management companies in the country. They have over 26,000 clients and 7 billion dollars of assets under management.
